Fatboy Doggielounge
 We
tested the Large sized doggielounge. It measures an
impressive 120cm x 80cm and it comes in a wide range
of fantastic colours.
The beds are made from strong nylon that repels moisture
and keeps doggie smells at bay. The cover is easy to
wipe clean and removable.
So, how good are they?
Let Sleeping Dogs Lie
The Fatboy Doggielounge comes in two parts. The matress which is filled with
tiny polystyrene type balls and the nylon outer cover.
When the people at Fatboy describe the nylon cover as
'strong' they really do mean it! This is a seriously
well made bed. Monty has had two beds previous to this
one but the Fatboy looks to me like a bed for life.
This bed is thicker than any dog bed that I have seen,
approximately 14cm (5.5 inches). This is great because
Labs do tend to put a lot of pressure on their elbows
when lying down. This bed will certainly reduce a lot
of that potentially damaging pressure.
The overall size of the Fatboy Doggielounge is just
perfect for a Labrador. Whether your dog is a 'sprawler'
or a 'curler' (or both) there is plenty of room to find
that perfect, sleeping position. It
is also incredibly comfortable. I know this because
I lay on it myself and could quite happily have drifted
off into dreamland for a couple of hours!!!
After at least 100 hours of testing Monty gives the
Dggielounge a big 'Paws up'!! He absolutely loves it
and so do I.
In Summary:
The Fatboy Doggielounge is a comfortable, well made and great
looking bed. The size is perfect for a Lab
Whether your Lab is a 'sprawler'
or a 'curler' (or both) there is plenty of room to find
that perfect sleeping position.

first saw a Fatboy Doggielounge bed a couple of
months ago in a photograph on Facebook. The photo
was of an adult Lab stretched out on what looked
to me like the coolest, most comfortable dog bed ever!
I decided there and then that I had to find one
of these beds and hopefully put it to the Labradors
Worldwide 'Lab Test'.
