Please describe your perfect day:

My perfect day is playing fetch and ‘Where’s Mommy?’. I also love to go for rides in the car and motorhome.  Eating and sleeping is also part of my perfect day.

Do you like cats?

I like cats, but no cats live with us.

Any bad habits:

Eating my mom’s slippers and I love to eat stones, but I spit them out.

I’m pretty lazy, but I love swimming at the beach, hiding my dad’s shoes, and absolutely love short walks.

Loads of them. I meet them once a month at the dog lovers meet I take my dad too.

Who is your best human friend?

My dad, and his brothers (they are twins…but against breaking myths they smell completely different).

Please describe your perfect day:

Long walk at the beach followed by playing in the water, get home, have a wash, and time for a good belly full of food. Sleep for a bit then playing ball or soccer!!!

Do you like cats?

Umm yeah but I have never got close enough to one. My dad keeps me away from them…I wonder why?

Any bad habits:

Apart from chewing shoes and slippers??? Umm not unless you consider placing my paw prints with mud as soon as the floor is wiped (its sooo much fun).

My dad taught to me to count to 3…He tells me not all dogs can do that! Right now I am teaching my dad to give me treats when I do something “cute.” I went to this dog lovers meet and they said I was the most obedient dog! And my favourite team is ManU!!!

Sadly I lost her last October she was a giant lop rabbit called poppy we used to snuggle, but I have a new friend Lola shes a black lab too!.

My mum.

Please describe your perfect day:

Well I’d get up and have a lovely breakfast and if I look cute get a slice of toast! Then go for a long woodland walk followed by a snack,then off to sleep for the  afternoon.

Do you like cats?

No.

Any bad habits:

Yes I like to find horse poo and eat it then roll around on anything dead.

I’m a fun loving guy but like to protect my mum, I share my bed with my two sisters also black labs. The three of us have a great time together. I’ve had it rough I’ve had cancer tumours three times in the last two years but i pull through every time.

I LOOOVE big dogs, I believe they are all my best friend.

Getting everyone around me up the second I decide to wake up, go outside and hopefully meet some dog friends, come back and have breakfast, take a nap, go for a long walk to the dog park, play and run with my friends, come home and pray I’m not dirty so I don’t have to take a shower. The I sleep till I get dinner and then I sleep again.

Do you like cats?

Yes! But they seem not to like me all that much. I don’t understand it at all.

Any bad habits:

I don’t think so. But my family thinks it’s wrong that I chew walls sometimes.

I was a very, very desired dog. I belonged to my family even before I was born. And ever since I am one lucky lab. I love people and animals. I would pay for attention. I learn super fast and I spin my people around my little finger. I just use the magic lab look and they can’t punish me when I do something wrong. It works like a charm. When I grow up I wanna be a therapy dog and bring smiles on peoples faces.

I love to walk in the park first thing in the morning and smell what’s been going on since the day before. I also LOVE to chase the tennis ball, especially in the summer when my family will sometimes throw it in the pool for me .

Who is your best animal friend?

My grandmother, Honey, who also lives in the backyard with me.

Who is your best human friend?

I have 4 human best friends, they are my family. Arthur, Laura, Graham, and Margaret. I love them more than anyone.

Please describe your perfect day:

When my family wakes up I go inside for a Chewee. When I am finished, Laura takes me and Honey on a “go-go” which is our code for “a walk in the park”. I chase lots of squirrels and meet new humans and animals along the way. When I get home mom lets us inside for a morning nap. Once it is late morning Arthur (dad) decides to take granny and me on a journey. We hop in the car and take a ride. When we arrive, we are in the woods at dad’s cabin. We are free to explore and go swimming in the creek and chase all the squirrels we want. After we have had our fun, dad takes us back home and we are so tuckered that we instantly pass out in our beds. I am lucky because I have lots of days like this.

Do you like cats?

I love all creatures.

Any bad habits:

I like to steal clean socks from the hamper, but I do not chew them or eat them. I just like to have them.

The most important thing that anyone should know about me is that I have nothing but pure love for all people, creatures and things. I want nothing more than to please and love my family, who never fail to give me what I need and more. I am very curious and always want to explore and experience new things, but never in a mischievous way. My family never fears if a door or gate has been left open because I have no desire to run away. My home is the best place on earth and there is nowhere else I would rather be. My family is the best family on earth and there are no people that I love more.

My mum who I absolutely love but love my dad too and grandma and granddad and uncle Gavin who takes me for walkies whenever he comes round.

Please describe your perfect day:

A lovely breakfast followed by a sleep in the car and then when I wake up I would be on the beach where I could run, dig, paddle (cos I can’t swim yet, them waves frighten me so I only go in up to my belly) and then play all day long with Mum and Dad and other doggies on the beach.  Then dinner and sleep to dream about it all over again!

Do you like cats?

I like to bark at them!

Any bad habits:

Mum says whenever I have a drink I drip it all over the kitchen floor and that I must learn to lick my lips before I move away.  I think she’s silly cos I always lick them drips up later.

I was born with a cleft palette. My ‘Nana’ saved me and  tube fed me until I was old enough to eat all by myself. When I was 1 years old I was adopted by my Uncles’ Mum and moved north to Massachusetts. I am so happy that ‘Nana’ saved me.

1.) Nose

The Lab nose is the most powerful ‘instrument’ on earth. It is thought that Labradors could smell sausages 30 years before sausages were even invented.

2.) Eyes

Labs are natural hypnotists and they know how to use this power to get what they want. Look into those eyes for more than three seconds and you are under their spell. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself handing over every treat in the house, the chicken you were planning to have for dinner, and in extreme cases, your credit card details.

3) Tongue

About the same size as the average ironing board, the Lab tongue is capable of delivering kisses at an alarming rate.

4)  Ears

Soft, extremely kissable and sensitive enough to hear a packet of treats being opened in the next town.

5) Heart

The Labrador heart is huge and it’s filled with love. Love for EVERYTHING! Including people, socks, food, mud, your bed, sticks the size of small trees, tennis balls that you wouldn’t want to touch without a pair of thick latex gloves and the little squeaker things that live in the belly of stuffed toys.

6)  Fur

Labradors shed enough hair to make a big fur hat for planet earth every single day. Or four hats for the moon. I wouldn’t make a hat for the sun though. That would be dangerous.

7)  Tail

The powerful, otter-like Lab tail is capable of speeds up to 10,000 WPM (Wags Per Minute) The Lab tail has been known to knock adult elephants clean off their feet. So, the contents of your coffee table stand no chance!

 GPU (Gas Production Unit)

Many Labradors come fully equipped with an industrial grade GPU. The gas produced by this unit is strong enough to melt steel. Police around the world routinely use canned Lab Gas to disperse unruly crowds.

9)  Stomach

The Labrador Retriever has three stomachs. One for food, one for treats and another for nasty, smelly, dead things that they come across whilst out for a walk. All three stomachs have a virtually endless capacity.

10)  Paws

The Labrador paw is very special. Each paw is designed to soak up four pints of muddy water. The water remains in the paw until it makes contact with carpet. Carpet triggers a mysterious reaction that sucks the water out of the paw and all over your nice clean floor. This phenomenon has baffled scientists for centuries.
