Becobowl – Eco-Friendly Dog Bowl

These days, whenever I’m looking to buy for something for Monty, I look around for an eco-friendly version of the product first. Thankfully, more and more pet product companies seem to be looking at sustainability and one such company that caught my eye is Becothings. They make a fabulous dog bowl called the Becobowl.

The Becobowl eco-friendly pet bowl is made from natural plant fibres found in bamboo and rice husks, a by-product of rice production. The fibres are bound together using a resin. And if all that isn’t impressive enough, it gets even better! The Becobowl will fully biodegrade in just 2 to 3 years when placed in a compost heap or buried in the ground.

My Verdict:

The Becobowl really is a beautiful looking bowl. They actually look and feel natural! Far more attractive than a plastic bowl. Certainly the nicest dog bowl I’ve ever seen and it looks incredibly durable. The fact that it’s biodegradable is of course a huge plus point.
